History

History 32 nd year in gear manufacturing..

Baysan that began to produce gears in 1978,has proved its quality in national and international markets, found a place in a big range as ABD taking the first place in Canada Athens, Netherlands,Denmark, Italy,Germany, UK, Algeria, Russia,China and far east countries besides Turkey.

Baysan , one of the leading manufacturer of Turkiye in production technology ,provides system and gear requests of the main industry firms which work in automotive ,agriculture and construction machines fields . In addition, has gone towards producing 3 mechanic and 7 hydraulic marine gearboxes designed by itself and by continual expanding dealer network has been expanding product range in these fields . Baysan has adapted its rising target in Turkish markets by ''Continuous development'' principle to production and marketing services and defined its middle term target ''being a marking both in national and international markets''.

All functional activities, assembling and test operations have been performing by Baysan , processes like casting and forging, sheet press, hardware have been providing from Turkish firms which makes producing activities comply with ISO 9001 procedure. With kinds of Heat treatments activities like case hardening, nitration, cementation, zinc coating, phosphate coating, spray painting and kiln drying have been performing by firms which makes producing activities comply with ISO 9001 procedure.
